What do you do for HP Homes? I am the Senior Financial and Acquisitions Analyst. My main responsibilities include underwriting new deals and the financial analysis and reporting of all our sites.

How long have you worked at HP Homes?I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary! Prior to working at Hunter Pasteur Homes, I worked at ROCO Real Estate and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

What does your day to day look like? When I’m not in meetings, I’m usually at my computer ‘crunching numbers’. Most days include budget review meetings, preparing/reviewing proformas, projecting cash flows, preparing investor reports. You could say I do all the fun stuff!

What’s your favorite HP Homes community? Why? City Modern. I think Brush Park is one of the top locations in Detroit and I love the modern architecture of the Townhomes and Carriage Homes. Brush Park is going to be the best neighborhood to live in Detroit for many years to come.

What stands out about HP Homes to you? Our focus on the customer experience – everything we do is with the homeowner in mind. This focus leads to a lot of innovation because we are always looking for new ways to improve quality of our homes and improve the buying experience.

When you’re not working, what do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Spending time with friends and family. I grew up in metro Detroit and I’m grateful to have everybody close by. I also love to eat. I live downtown and enjoy exploring the local restaurants. Some of my favorites are Leila, Selden Standard, Ottava Via, andOchre Bakery. I also love the restaurants in Southwest Detroit (Al Asador Steakhouse, Xochimocho).
